The New Zealand Rugby Foundaiton celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and will celebrate with a Black Tie dinner in Auckland on October 19.
The evening will honour the legacy of The Foundation acknowledging the outstanding contributions by so many since Kel Tremain and Sir Russell Pettigrew established it in 1986.
"It's an exciting milestone for us, so it is only right we put on an event befitting of the occassion" said Ben Stumfels the Events, Digital and Sponsorship Manger at NZRF. "We've never rolled out the Red Carpet before but with the level of indicative support so far we are sure it will be fantastic"
"We've gone through constitutional changes, lost some abolute steller individuals, advanced the level of partnership we can offer our VIPs and of course recieved wonderful support from so many individuals and organisations" Sturmfels continued. "To be able to acknowledge them all is an honour in itself, to be able to offer the public the opportunity to do so also is a privilege"
The event will be additional to the to the annual Eden Park pre-test luncheon which is to be held on June 10, the day before the All Blacks and Wales play at Eden Park.
